Not only can you design, pick shades and name your perfect palette

Some pre-made designs, uploaded artwork or photos. May be subject to having a small print line margin on either side, top or bottom of the palette or compact. However do attempt to minimise this as much as possible, due to products been custom printed with artwork.

Please when uploading, images, files or artwork to the custom product builders or uploaders. Please try to ensure the highest possible quality. To ensure the best possible print, as we have no control over these files. We are not responsible for any blurry, low quality or pixelation during printing. However we strive to achieve the best possible results. 

- CHANGE OF DESIGN:

Any changes to design / front of palette art work can not be adjusted after 24 hours of your order been places with J O S H. After this time your design / artwork will have already been proofed and sent off to our production team, to start the process of bringing your bespoke products to life.

Unfortunately due to constantly changing stock levels of products and production, once your order has been placed you will not be able to change any of the shades inside your bespoke products. 

Once you have placed your order, we can sadly not change the shades of any names of products on the inside of the palettes. Due to the manufacturing process of these are locked in. Please make sure you review all shades, shade names and spelling before you submit your order with J O S H!

Due to the extreme demand for the BY YOU. COLLECTION and the unique aspect of been able to design your own bespoke products. Please allow a 5-7 working day production time plus delivery before receiving your BY YOU. Products. However we always aim to make sure we have every order shipped ASAP, so you can enjoy your products as much as we love making them. 

Due all orders within the BY YOU. COLLECTION been produced bespoke for you. We cannot accept any returns or refunds of products due to health and safety reasons of beauty products. However please note if any J O S H order is to arrive damaged or contain broken products. PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out to the J O S H team and we will make sure this is resolved. Due to us not having control over delivery couriers and their methods. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds after 24 hours from the initial purchases, as all BY YOU. products are bespoke made for you.
